How do I decide which package is right for me? Talk with a Fun Services representative. They will help design a carnival package just for you and help you answer all your questions. What do you want to spend? How many activities, inflatables and games do you need? How many students do you anticipate attending? (Most schools estimate between 50% and 75%) How much profit do you want to make? How many hours do I want my carnival to run? How does the program work? Sell wristbands using pre-sales (1 to 2 weeks in advance) ($8 + each) and ($10 +) at the door. Advertise by sending flyers home explaining the wristband method—highlight the good points! A few days before the event contact Fun Services with your total pre-sales to date in case adjustments to your carnival package are necessary. (You may want to add or delete an item or two). Fun Services delivers and sets up your event (with your help). We will show you how all games should be played and how to operate all other equipment. Run your carnival. Wristband sales should be stopped when there is one hour left in the event. Fun Services returns to collect final payment and to take down the equipment (with your help). What are the benefits of this type of event? No hectic redemption center! All prizes are won at the game locations. No counting prizes at the beginning or the end of the night! No selling thousands of game tickets! (Or collecting tickets at the games or inflatables). Kids play the games and play on the inflatables as many times as they want. Unlimited play! Less volunteers are needed and volunteer responsibilities are much easier. Know the total cost of your event before you even open the doors! No surprises!
